"Stand" makes an appearance for the first time since 1989,
Stipe explaining that they played it because it was their
first time in Slovenia and it was meant to be a very popular
song there, and it was the final European gig so they made
it a one off performance. Before "Cuyahoga" Mike did
some thank you's and Michael took over to wish happy birthday
to Joe O'Herlihy before singing a quick happy birthday.
After a very long "End Of The World" Michael stopped and sang
"Suspicious Minds", and then the band carried on with
"End Of The World" again for a few more minutes!
